Refund/Return Policy:
Items purchased through our
online store that have not been opened may be returned within 10 days,
for a store credit only, if returned fully sealed with the original
cover. Customer is responsible for 100% of shipping costs unless the
item is defective in which case we will refund shipping costs.
NOTE TO PHYSEDGE PREFERRED AUTO-SHIP CUSTOMERS ONLY:
If you are purchasing PhysEdge Preferred autoship products, you have read
and agreed to the terms of the program described on the product
description pages for these products. The term "Autoship" means that we will automatically send you the product ordered monthly and your credit card on file will be charged that month. To cancel your AutoShip, you must
e-mail, fax or mail notice to PhysEdge International (the e-mail, fax
number and mailing address will be included with your first order)
stating that you would like to cancel your AutoShip.If you just want to
skip receiving an order one month, you can simply call the PhysEdge
customer service line (you will receive the toll-free number with your
first order) and verbally request that they skip your AutoShip for that
month. Whether you are canceling or skipping a month, the requests must
be received by PhysEdge International 30 days before your next AutoShip
due date.
